New Programme Launch: StrongHER Together – Activity & Personal Safety for Young Disabled Females
We’re delighted to announce StrongHER Together, a brand-new, inclusive programme designed to support young disabled females aged 10–18 across Yorkshire. This initiative combines physical activity with essential personal safety themes—helping participants build confidence, resilience, and an active lifestyle in a safe, supportive environment.
Who’s It For?
Girls aged 10 to 18 with disabilities, who want to get moving and stay safe.
What to Expect
Weekly sessions every Tuesday, starting on Tuesday 16th September, from 4:30 – 5:45 PM.
Held at Denhale ARC, the sessions offer a perfect blend of fun fitness and safety awareness.
Activities are led by experienced facilitators, tailored to participants’ abilities, and designed to build both physical strength and personal safety skills.
